Observation

Sharp edges are visible on window sill in Toddler B Bolts are exposed on window sill ledge in Preschool A. Plastic gloves are accessible to children on several diapre changing tables. Laundry room in hallway was unlocked and unsupervised by any provider. Fan was placed on shelf in school-age room. Cord was exposed and fan could easily be pulled down, or fall down and injure a child.
